It does not matter. The best team out there was OSU from a football perspective(stats) but as bad as we played we still had opportunities to win the game. This is on the coaches and nothing more. Smart had the same players on defense in the 2nd half as he did the first maybe less in the 4th and our D started playing lights out in the 4th. He finally let them get aggressive.
Everything else is just an excuse for our piss poor play.

I'll never understand why all the other teams didn't play our O like OSU, Ole Miss and Arkansas did.

Well, I am not angry. This team surpassed my expectations and in some ways this game reminds me of that orange bowl where we saw Tom Brady's coming out party..
Anyways, great season Sims, I am glad you didn't give up on the team and us the fans.
Here's to next year and hoping we have a defense that's willing to show up to the party.
