Even one of my close friends that is a MSU alum has been quiet this week, and has been quiet all season. Complete 180 from last season when he wouldn't shut up all season.

They remember the fallout from last year.

MSU is a very great or team very capable of beating Alabama. If Bama can manage to shut Dak down you have to feel like this defense is complete and will not face a team they can't defend. I'm more concerned with the OL performance. Was last week an anomaly or has the OL turned the corner and figured it out?

Could not agree more about the O Line. I still think that this will be the game that J Coker has to be reason we win. They will gear up to stop Henry and play a style capable of doing it. Ridley and Stewart need to show up big this week! RTR

I wouldn't worry about it. This will not be a let down game.

I'm hoping we win the field position battle. I don't think they'll be able to consistently drive the field on our defense.

Is it wrong of me to miss it a little?

Don't beat yourself up. It'll be ok.

We shouldn't take them lightly because Dak is really good, but the MSU folks probably took note of the L5U game and figure that it's best to lay low this week.
If the team stays focused, we should win comfortably. Remember, Coker plays better on the road.
