I've been too lethargic and apathetic to do my homework to this point. Anyone wanna help a brother out and give me any info about Wisky in terms of their strengths?

I can only hope our secondary improves and our running game is consistent and even improved this year... I feel we can handle almost anyone if we could improve on those areas. But the first game of the year always has me -miserably- nervous. So, I'm wanting to know about our first fight!

Someone fill me in and let me off the hook!

Prior to camp opening, however, the line was actually just one area among several that concerned fans and observers. The potential trouble spots then were the perennially underwhelming receiver group, running back depth, the quarterbacks (starter and the identity of the top back-up) and a largely inexperienced tight end group.

Basically, their entire offense had concerns. The line had had a ton of injuries, with only Terri starters returning, but luckily for them at C and LT. They also don't have a QB who can successfully attack us deep, which might not even be a weakness this season.

Without solid RB depth, I think it'll be a very long game for the Badgers. I'm thinking it'll be a 17-21 point difference.

they're in trouble, Saturday

No problem. I found it last night when I figured it was time to check out the Badgers.

SB nation usually has some decent info.

My favorite quote:

This offense may not set any records, but the sky isn't falling. Be ready to be entertained -- if the Badgers can make it out of Arlington in (mostly) one piece, and if the reconstituted line can come together as the season goes on, this offense shouldn't be half bad. To be sure, there's a strong chance it can be quite good.

From Rivals' Wisconsin site:

quote:

Zack Miller: It sounds cliché but anytime Alabama is on your schedule, it's the biggest game of the season. I'm of the belief that the Badgers will be overmatched at nearly every position, so a loss by anything fewer than 10 points is a good morale victory to start the season. - See more at: https://wisconsin.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1796894#.dpuf

quote:

Baer: I'll say 9-3 for the regular season. I think they lose to Alabama, one of Nebraska or Minnesota - See more at: https://wisconsin.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1796894#.dpuf

quote:

Miller: 11-2 (7-1). An early season loss to Alabama is just as much of a lock as the students not showing up in full force in time for kickoff to the home game against Troy. - See more at: https://wisconsin.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1796894#.dpuf

quote:

McNamara: This is a real soft schedule once you get past Alabama. I see the Badgers dropping that game -- though I do think it will be closer than most people think -- - See more at: https://wisconsin.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1796894#.dpuf

quote:

Veldhuis: I have the Badgers losing a tight game to Alabama to start the season, - See more at: https://wisconsin.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1796894#.dpuf

3 of their 4 have us getting into the playoff. 1 has is losing to tcu in the semis, 2 have us losing to osu in the finals.
