It's that time of year again where some of us start figuring out how we're going to see the games.

I've switched between YouTubeTV and SlingTV through the years. I'd do sling again, but I'm out of easy antenna range for local channels now, so that kind of cuts them out.

I'm leaning toward Hulu this year, but we have their $7 movie plan, and it's kind of glitchy about some things. Is their live TV ok? Is it worth saving a few bucks over YouTube?

Also, since CBS won't have any SEC games next year, we'll all be able to go to a $55 Sling subscription, right?

I just reactivated youtube tv last Saturday. I thought I wanted to see the Notre Dame v. Navy game. It sucked. Youtube went up $5 over last year. But the ease of cancelling after the season and not missing any games is why I chose them. Hoping you can work it out before Thursday night

Someone posted something on the rant the other day about IP TV. I've looked into it and it seems legit.
What the companies are doing is technically illegal, but the consumers aren't at fault.

It's basically just a suped up version of these free sports streaming sites. You pay $10 a month and you get EVERYTHING you can imagine - every channel and streaming service.

I'm definitely considering trying it out.

IPTV is very popular in Canada. Many people I know have it and swear by it.
Does Sling TV have SEC Network? Nationally?

You have to get the sports add-on to get SECN on sling.

YTTV was good. Even at $75 I think it's worth it. Unlimited DVR and you can ask it to record ALL of the CFB games.

I have direct tv stream and AT&T fiber. Love it. Chose it because it has all the regional Bally sports channels for the Braves and hawks.

They don’t have CBS now during “renegotiation” but I use antenna for golf haha.

I like that I can like 20 streams in home and 3 boxes outside my home. I sent family members 3 boxes to use.

I have YouTube TV that I run through the app on my Xbox. Quality is almost as good as cable and way better than YouTubeTV through my smart TV

I’ve got Hulu. Pretty good for regular tv. First year I’ve had it for football. Guess we’ll see.

I’ve had HULU live since I cut the cord. I really like it, and the price for the package I have includes Disney+ and ESPN+. I haven’t missed a single game I’ve wanted to see since I made the switch.

HULU has a great library of on demand movies and shows and unlimited DVR.

The two negatives I have encountered are 1) you can’t share the live service with someone outside your home on a tv, e.g. my kids can’t use it at their apartment, unless it’s on a mobile device. 2) the HULU live game broadcast is always behind, so if you follow the in game thread here you will always be spoiled before you see the play happen, which really really sucks. I’ve had to stop reading along with the in game threads, but you can appear to be clairvoyant if you have a group of friends over to watch the game.

Yep. I always cancel, or pause, my YouTube TV over the summer months.
Pretty much go from start of football season through March Madness and the Masters in April and then shut it down for a few months

Yes. Those channels were a surprise, but I love them during basketball season for carrying all Pelicans, Grizzlies, and Hawks games. And, of course, if you are a Braves fan, you get all the Braves you want.
