Anyone heard anything on how Robert Foster is doing and when he will return?

He won't be back until next year.

Rotator cuff right? If so its not a big deal...would have sidelined him this year but it's something you can easily come back from.....

Black jersey in spring at best. Non pad work and cardio at worst.
7 month recovery would be quick. 7-9 months would be about right, but certainly no contact for 9+. Its not a dangerous fix since he's not a baseball pitcher, so he should be back to 100% come August practice. There has been no official word I know of for spring practice participation so we can wait on that
