I can't understand any aspect of that play design. Retin should have been in to have a driving threat, why throw the ball in the backcourt, why only have Levi moving towards the ball? Awful

At least it looks somewhat better to lose by 2 on the road but we should have been going for 2 points there and hoping they fouled.

That's why you don't call a timeout with only 10 seconds left, if you can't inbound the ball or something goes wrong, you're screwed.
You either take a timeout right away, giving you a lot of time for a good possession, or you just let them play it out.
Grant has now on several occasions let 75% of the clock run off, THEN take a timeout, setting up a horrible god awful final play that is crippled by not much time.

Im ready for a new face with some new blood on the staff. Just getting old. We have the talent 2 deep to make the tournament and make a run at the 16. He just sucks dick at offensive play calling and coaching. These kids are playing off pure athleticism and skill. We just need to hire on a proven offensive minded coach. The players we attract here are physical enough to play solid zone defense that Grant takes credit for. IM DONE

It really is amazing that there are fans out there that are agreeable with this shitty product that gets put on the floor. These players deserve better from their coach.

Not going to kill Grant too much tonight, because I don't believe the loss was his fault, but that last 20 seconds was Mark Gottfried 2009 bad.

The last play was awful. I shouldn't have expected more. What I can't comprehend though is how a guy so small dominated us on the boards. He beat 4 different guys we had on him.

Taylor and Kessens really let the team down. No excuses for the way our bigs got manhandled tonight by players significantly smaller than them.

At one point we were something like 4 of 16 in free throws. I mean...it's pretty pathetic.

If we ever find a big who can CONSISTENTLY get us 12 points and 8 rebs a game we might be able to actually win some important games.
