I lived in Burke my first year (2006-2007) and it was WAY better than Paty.

with your own money, and that wouldn't be too bad if it wasn't only good to buy jacked up priced food. (maybe the prices have gone down, if so then maybe it's some sort of deal)

I lived in Burke in 93. 
I don't remember a Buffalo Phil's there when I lived there, but do recall people saying there was one there.
I do remember there was for a short time a Taco Casa in Tutwiler.
