The kid is focused and has picked up even more speed and agility. I don't have a link but I just read this on another site. Thoughts?

Damn, he was explosive last year at 245 or so. Also with Evans possibly playing more inside this year we are going to be really , really fast this year. You just know Nick is not going to be satisfied untill he is dominating some of these fast paced offenses with athletic quarterbacks. This is great news. This shows us the work that Foster has put in during the offseason.

We will still need some "fat, slow" LBs to kick L5U's arse again. We need some beef to deal with them and Arkansas.
