I agree.

I posted this was my same thoughts on why Kiffin was at UA when he came in.

I think it's great that Saban can go outside and still ask for other coaches opinions on things that's not Sabans strong points.

As great of a coach Saban is. He's still learning and doesn't think he's a "know it all kind of coach or man."

IMO it also lets Saban know if he has the right coordinators working for his type of "system" when he gets an outside opinion. Then he can compare his coordinators to his coaching philosophies and their performance to "the system.".....JMHO
