Yeah I don't know what Archie's problem is with Bama and Saban. He seems to have a dick up his butt anytime he discusses them.

Can older fans help me with understanding why Archie would hate Bama? I get why he would now because of UT, but not back then when he was only affiliated with OM. We didn't even play them much back then.

Hell, I didn't even know about the brick in Bill Curry's window for probably 20 years after it happened, and then didn't find out it was false for another 10 years.

It may go back to the game against Alabama where Archie threw for a thousand yards ran for another thousand but got beat by a point. Prime time TV too I think.
He really did like David Cutcliffe and his offense. (Archie and Peyton)
