Bret's Arkansas teams have scored a grand total of 4 TD in 3 games against Bama and one of them was a gift from Bama.

We have struggled quite a bit against your defense but you can also make the argument that our defense has done a great job against you guys the past two years.

Arkansas doesn't have elite running backs or receivers.

Elite? No but our Wrs are much better than most give us credit for and our RBs are still fairly young except Kody Walker. The biggest problem on offense this year has been the OLine.

A&M destroyed this team.

Most people that watched that game saw how close it was going late into the 3rd quarter. We were forced to throw in the 4th which made it worse. We match up much better in terms of schemes against Bama than A&M. Obvisouly Bama has better players at most of the positions which is the biggest issue.

I expect a 8-10 point loss when it is all said and done.

I hope that for anyone traveling, enjoy Fayetteville and be safe

I don't have a good feeling about this game. Bama looking ahead and Hogs always seem to give us fits when we discount them. Keeping my fingers crossed that Nick has them ready to play.

Arkansas 13

The Tide is able to score four offensive touchdowns and two field goals. Last week, Kiffin ran Josh Jacobs on 9 straight runs for 54 yards and a touchdown. I think he understands what we have in the run game.

Harris is back so we have 5 legitimate rushing threats to wear Arkansas down. Ardarius is also back and I think Hurts will be on his game. Our O line seems to be gelling as well.

Arkansas is not built to score high numbers on us. However, Brandon Allen seems like the kind of quarterback that could potentially get his Stephen Garcia on. If that happens, Arkansas may score 20 to 27 points.

I think we'll get another defensive TD or special teams TD to continue the streak. Brown adds extra strength to the secondary.

Tide is going to roll

That's the most bizarre thing I've seen on tRant - and that place is the king of bizarre things.

I've honestly never seen a fanbase with such an deeply entrenched victim mentality. The typical 'Alabama cheats and gets special treatment' Auburn fan is a pillar of strength compared to those guys. I particularly like the subset of them that are 100% certain that the game was postponed/canceled on orders from Nick Saban. If anyone should be melting over that game, it is Tennessee.

Anyhow, back to the topic of the thread. I'd be a lot more concerned if this was Hurts first road game. The fact that he went to Oxford and won by overcoming huge adversity gives me a lot more confidence. I won't be totally shocked by a close game, but I expect a 30-13 Bama type of score.

I actually enjoying talking to Auburn fans here. L5U fans? Not so much.
