Like I said, I hope I'm wrong and maybe I change my mind before kickoff. I'm just worried about a True Freshman going into Oxford in only his 2nd start. Ole Miss has to win out if they want to win it all, they know that. It's must win for them. I think they'll come ready to play. I'm not confident we can give Hurts a running game to lean on.

Maybe it's just pregame jitters, who knows what I'll think in a few days.

Last year's game was all my fault. I skipped about 5 rituals that day. Starting off with German beer rather than Finnish beer, ordering kebab instead of pizza, no chicken wings, etc...

The poor play against WKU was also my fault as I was out of country and not able to do my ritual.

I will correct all these problems this weekend.

This game is setting up like so many we've seen before since Saban arrived. A prior year loss to the opponent, a lackluster performance the week prior to the game, players openly stating they didn't practice well for that game. I will bet there will be some very direct statements from Saban this week. In many of those games, Bama absolutely destroyed the opponent. So my full Gump prediction is 45-16.

My more realistic prediction is 28-16.
