As far as RBs go, Yeldon will be our starter. Henry and Drake will split the backup carries imo.

14/10/6 is the carry spread for 1a, 1b, 1c I've been thinking may happen. This of course only counts carries with the first team. That said, while Yeldon probably starts every game, 1a, 1b, and 1c will not be a defined order. I think we go with the hot hand, and turnovers or multiple drops/missed blocks is gonna knock ya down to 1c for the game.

If he has a fumble on A-Day, it is probably time to see what Drake/Henry can do as our 1-2 punch. When you can't completely trust a player, no matter how talented, it's time to make a change.

At this point I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt, but we'll see how he does on A-Day.

Until Henry starts spilling it all over the ground he should get the nod. His performance in the Sugar Bowl was far better than any performance Yeldon has put up this past season, maybe career.

I'm pretty sure Drake has more fumbles per carry than Yeldon does though.

Oh shaddup.

I was as critical as anyone about TJ, but he should still be #1 and given an off-season to fix his fumblitas. When he holds on to the ball and is running with conviction, TJ is as good as anyone and better than most. I haven't lost faith in him.

I hope Yeldon and henry are co starters and saban mixes it up depending on which back matches up better to start the game but if things go like they did in the sugar bowl... Tj yeldon will be the best backup running back in college football

We should just have a Battle Royale for the RB position in the SAE basement.

You are right my friend but that's really a shame. I would feel bad for Yeldon but it wouldn't kill his chances at going to the NFL if Saban started Henry. You should play your best players regardless of seniority. I hated seeing Dennis Riddle starting at RB when Shaun Alexander rode the freaking bench.
