Humphrey will be returning next season. He lost himself the 1st round pick.

Seems like teams see a weakness in Humphrey, they are constantly targeting him. They don't throw it much AA's way.

It's not a question that he didn't turn around, he obviously did.

Contact was the call, him turning around "impeded" Morgan from catching a ball likely going out of bounds.

Never looks for the ball. Ever. Never ever. I know part of it is what Saban teaches. But surely they've learned refs will almost always throw a flag when you dont try to find the ball, even if there was no contact.

Humphrey never looks for the ball...

He was 'bout the only corner we had that consistently looked back last year...he also was looking back in most of our earlier games this year, even against Ole Miss (he just got out-muscled/out-jumped for the ball several times that game). That being said, for the game tonight you're right...I don't think he looked back on any of the balls where he got beat (and there were many of those). I think the Ole Miss game must've hurt his confidence 'cause he hasn't looked the same since that game...

I think I overrated our secondary at the beginning of the year...I thought they'd be the best we've had since 2012. If our pass rush, which is excellent, doesn't pressure the QB early, we're vulnerable...I'm back to holding my breath on 3rd and long (and any long passes for that matter) just like back in 2014...

Outside of Fitz this secondary is hot garbage right now. I'm about ready to see 15 on the bench and see more of Hootie and Tony out there. Eddie and Hump are both having bad years too. I just can't believe they are this bad after returning this many starters and major role players from last year.

Every good QB goes for 400 on us? Seriously? Feel like Shula is back in Ttown or something. Saban needs to get that sh!t fixed and soon with Dobbs and Knight coming up. This team is too good everywhere else to have the secondary piss away a title.

I'm worried about the secondary too, but I don't think we need to bench guys. Hootie already comes in for Harrison on most third downs. Also, Allen and Kelly are much better passers than Dobbs and Knight.

Hump is slightly gimped and a step behind.

Harrison is pretty close to being replaced by TB or Hootie.

The comment about knight and Dobbs is spot on.

Time for him to give up track and focus on football if he wants an NFL career.
