How many times have we seen this where an opposing offense figures out Golding’s scheme, and then just marches up and down the field for touchdowns unopposed for the rest of the game?

2018 Oklahoma, 2019 LSU, 2019 Auburn, 2020 Ole Miss, 2020 UF, 2021 UF. That’s just off the top of my head. Once they figure out what works they stuff it down our throat and we never have any adjustment or answer. We just keep running the same crap and getting whipped until the clock runs out and pray for the offense to save us. Thankfully, the offense is often so darn good it can.

It wouldn’t even be so hard to watch if we made an adjustment, stopped them for a series, they make an adjustment and score again, we adjust again, etc. But there’s no chess match going on. We run the same crap whether it’s working or not.

One of the worst tackling efforts I’ve seen all game long. Put in Jaylen Moody.

Wouldn't matter if you put in Moody, he's coached by the same position coach which is the infamous, Pete Golding. Harris was terrible yesterday as well. The common denominator with the three years of the defense falling off is Pete Golding

I am at a loss here as well. In the past Saban has stepped with Kirby and others. Not sure what Golden has on him.

Sometimes our coaches egos become a determent to our team as they are so reluctant to make a change and believe their way is going to work.

I just can’t with Golding anymore.. running loose zone on 3rd and 19.. no pressure. Then they slant us all game and he doesn’t adjust to press coverage with zone 2 over the top. Drop HT in the middle zone.. if he can’t do it..move Branch to that role on any 3rd down over 6.. put Harris on a blitz on Anderson’s side.. have him blitz it over the guard.. that will force them to not Double Anderson and give Anderson the edge.. or atleast keep a TE in to block which will free Branch to spy the middle. It’s coaching adjustments that you make during the game that Golding Just won’t do. You scheme to open Anderson up. We keep running sanders to the outside of Anderson on the blitz.. Blitiz him on the inside and let Anderson work that edge and let Sanders try to put speed and squeeze by the guard. If the QB starts taking off spy him. There is so many possibilities to run with our talent..And Golding just doesn’t do it. As a DC it’s very hard to watch.. very. I have no idea what Saban sees.. I guess it’s just consistency.. but it’s consistently sucking on the field against an offense with a pulse.

I called for that the whole second half yesterday . Doesn’t matter who you want to use but somebody needed to spy Jones … just sad really

He is a two time NFL Head Coach, OL specialist.

So why is this online maybe the worst we have had?

Are all the young guys just physically unprepared to play at this level. We're starting guys who have never been good enough before to start for this program.

What were overlooking about Bryce v Mac is that Mac had a hell of a lot better protect and a better running game.

What is wrong with the defense?

I was done with golding after the 3rd and 19. Is the Dline overrated? Toto overrated? I saw some huge gaps not filled

we overreact worse than lsu fans. offense was fine besides drops, defense is stuff we can clean up, just not playing disciplined.

Offense was not fine after they adjusted. We scored 10 points in the remaining 3 quarters.

Florida adjusted and most teams we play on out will start games playing their safeties up so they can control our run and the short pass game.

If we don’t learn how to throw consistently deep, we are in for a long year.

We scored 10 pts on the only 2 drives we had in the 2nd half before the 3rd drive which killed the clock and won the game.

The offense had 3 bad possessions in a row. Everything else was very good. We just barely had possessions in the 2nd half because the defense gave up 3 long, time consuming drives.

The offense had a shitty second quarter, to be sure. But they played well enough in the second half. We only had the ball three times and we scored on two of those possessions. The final possession we punted after draining clock. They did what they had to do to win.

DJ Dale sucks.

Linebackers suck because our dunce of a DC coaches them.
Bryce isn’t in the same league as Tua and Mac.
Saban pisses me off with his refusal to use timeouts.

There, I got a good portion of my melting out.

You forgot pass rush sucks.

Not good enough. To win by two points after being up by 18 can not be defended. If this team wants to make the playoffs it will have to play WAY better than it did yesterday.

correct cuz if this team continues to play 3 out of 4 quarters of a game like this then somewhere down the road a team's O will keep putting up more points then our O can score. Think OM

I’m still trying to get answer about Bryce’s scrambling (or lack thereof). I am a professional Monday Morning QB but I feel like it could really alleviate some other issues with the offense if we gave him permission to run more.

Yea I'm with you. He definitely has to accept 4-5 easy yards with no big hit looming.
