I thought I put Hale but I guess not. Even though Retin looked very good, we've gotta find a way to let Key get more minutes. I think he's just as good.

Or better, he explodes to the basket. There were a few times he had some shots and didn't take them. Needs to be more aggressive.

He didn't take them because he knows he can't make them. Key is a horrific shooter.

It looks like Releford, Retin, and Key could all drive to the basket at will. Maybe that should be our offense

it looks like another year of not having a guy who can shoot 3's (or just shoot, period). I think Cooper will come around but he is not enough.
What is the deal with Hale? I thought he was a good shooter but he has looked off in the small amount of time I have seen him in the game.

I think on every possession we should attempt a shot with at least 10 seconds left on the shot clock. We should also attempt to drive as much as possible. If you get stopped, kick it out and do it again.

Releford went 5-7 from deep (5-6 really with 1 late-game quarter-court heave).
I've almost given up on Cooper breaking out, and I've been his biggest supporter since before he even committed. Kid has all the tools to be a great scorer, but something just isn't clicking for him mentally.

Auburn basketball lost to Northwestern State 111-92. Once again, no matter how bad Bama Hoops is, AU will always find a way to be worse.
