I'm kind of in the mode of just ignoring people now. I think it works well as anyone talking about our players pisses me off.

It's not fair for a QB to run a 4.42

I thought we executed a little better in the second half. I thought we were sloppy in the first half. The quarterback struggled a little bit, especially in the passing game. I thought we ran the ball effectively. Defensively, we played well. Got some sacks and scored on defense.

He's generally complimentary when he thinks they didn't perform to standard. He tears them down when they dominate.

Just saying.

But I agree the team played much better in the second half, but that could simply be winning the war of attrition.

Jalen has to get comfortable in the pocket and anticipate his receivers routes better. Even with Kiffin, not every play has someone wide open.

Well obviously if anyone outside of our fan base shite talks our players, then I'm going to rage on them.

But as Bama fans we can critique our own players without someone getting upset about it. At least that's how it should be.

My thing is if you want to defend our players, fine. Defend them. But do it for all of them. This board is quickly devolving into a shite fest when it comes to Hurts.

It's simple. He didn't play so hot in the 1st half. He played lights out in the 2nd. People pointing that out shouldn't have to catch shite for it.

I mean, even Saban felt the same way.

I agree. Hurts was all over the place in the first half. It was bad

Hurts doesn't seem to play that well in the pocket, coaches need to adjust their play calling.

Lane needs to establish the run early instead of trying to pass the entire 1st quarter.

This game was practice. Im sure the strategy will change vs better opponents.

I dunno. I think the "wearing out their defense with east/west plays" strat is effective.

It's not wearing them out though. 3 and outs don't wear out a defense.

I think PowWow went to bed, making an angry youtube video or writing his script for his call to Finebaum Monday.

I have not read most of this thread but did Hump have a so so game again?

Also that play by Tony Brown where he should have downed the ball at the 2 was horrible. Let it go between the wickets. Anyone recall if he was in on any big hits.

I might be wrong, but it sure seems like teams are picking on Humphrey's side of the field. AA and Minkah must be doing a hell of a job.
