In the SECCG and CFB Playoffs. I would love to see this 2nd half offense. We get too cute with a lot of passing.

Greg McElroy/Jacob Coker weren't elite by any means. However, they had the PA to help them grow. I think Hurts could benefit A LOT from PA and getting Brandon Greene more into the game.

Bo had 17 carries in the 2nd half.

Feed that monster in the 1st half going forward please.

This would have been a massacre had Bama not screwed around in the 1st half

Much better second half. Undefeated in the regular season, which is pretty damn sweet.

Yep. I'm all for jet sweeps, bubble screens, etc. However, I don't want them to be 70% of the offense. Personally, I think we would do awesome with 50/50 spread and PA/power running game.

Stewart and Ridley are lethal on the edges but if you are executing and dominating in the middle of the line. There is no stopping us. Running will just help with Hurts as well.

Dude had 25 throws in the first half.

The offense moved the ball with ease in the first half too. A bad throw by Hurts and a frickup where Howard and Ridley collided cost a couple of possessions and set Auburn up in good field position. But for those, Bama has a much bigger lead at the half.

Further, as usual, running the other team all over the field in the first half played a huge role in letting us gash them in the second.

Bama put up more points than anyone else against Auburn this season. Other than the turnovers, there wasn't a damned thing wrong with the offense all night.

if we had played a team with an offensive pulse in the first half then we would have been down

Yeah. Obviously needs to change. This is the first year he has not obliterated any offensive records.

All these ifs though... its like every game if this... if that.... show me the team with an elite DL, Elite LB corps and elite secondary that has an elite dual threat pocket passing QB with crazy skill talent around him along with an elite OL.

I hate to tell you guys that particular team does not exist and we are the closest thing to it. Guys need to get healthy and stay focused but this is the 1st undefeated regular season for us since '09. The other team would need all that crap and a perfect game to beat this Alabama team. Enjoy it...

It isn't that simple.

You're assuming a team with an offensive pulse AND a suffocating defensive front.

When Bama has faced teams with normal defensive fronts, they've scored early and often. Only LSU and Auburn had the D-Lines capable of holding back Bama.

I'd also argue that it takes more than an offensive pulse. Moo State is lighting it up these days. LSU lit up aTm. Neither did jack crap against Alabama.

A pulse just isn't enough. It takes an elite offense AND defense. The only team I've seen thus far that meets both of those requirements is Alabama.

Y'all are seriously under appreciating what you're seeing. This team is really, really good on both sides of the football.

It's no use we have the worst fans who are spoiled and never happy. I am extremely proud of this team.

That is probably the best D-line Bama will face from here on out. Got over 500 total yards and 200 rushing yards against them. I was real concerned at the RG position in this game, but KK did pretty good.
