Anyone else notice how the media has gone completely silent about the spying scandal and how it affects the optics of the Rose Bowl ? No one has mentioned it and people have said that JJ McCarthy had an injury and that’s why their passing game struggled the last few games. If Alabama was the one in the middle of the controversy we would be getting grilled by the media every day non stop.

No doubt that it’s political and that’s disgusting. I don’t like talking politics on this platform but it’s a major part of our culture.

How the frick would this be political? Some of you need to take a break from the politics.

It's a sports story that stopped getting clicks, so the media moved on. It's bullshite that UM will skate, but typical these days.

One reason I hate Michigan is because of the favorable treatment they’ve always received. In the 80’s, if Alabama and Michigan were ranked top 5 and Bama lost a game, we would drop to 12-15. If Michigan lost, they would drop to 6 or 7. If they lost again, they would be at 10-12. Bama’s 2nd loss would drop out of top 20.

Also, Bama sanctions resulted in game forfeitures. If Michigan gets any sanctions from the spying scandal, I would be surprised if they forfeit any games. That would possibly put Alabama in the lead for all-time wins and I don’t think they let that happen.

No doubt. I’ll be stunned if they get hit hard with sanctions. They absolutely should be considering what they’re being accused of. Harbaugh should be gone to the NFL.
