If he hasn't won over the skeptics tonight he never will.

And that's a goddamn shame because he's been phenomenal for us out there.

I'm so happy for him.

If Coker played like this the entire season he'd be the Heisman winner

He proved me wrong. I never thought he'd lead us to the title game. Congrats to him. One more game!

I was just praying he didn't screw up and then he goes all Joe Montana. Where the hell did that come from. Really proud of him and Kiffin.

Kinda reminded me of McElroy's game against Florida in 09.

Coker had the game of his life tonight. Let's hope he can do it once more.

He won me over tonight. He still drives me nuts not getting rid of it sometimes but the second half he played ball like a grown arse man.

In the prediction thread, I said Michigan State would make sure that if they lost, it was because Coker beat them. Well, I'll be damned.

Jake Coker has had quite the season as our starting QB. His stat line through 14 games is as follows:

247-368 (67.1%) 2,775 YDs 19 TDs 8 INTs

He has clearly progressed all year and made a huge leap last night. Nothing but happiness for the kid, he done good.

Pretty much this.

There is no way you can be happy about Sims progress as I was and not be just as happy about Coker.

Is he a world beater? No. Other teams mock us for that. However even though he starts slow, this kid has moxy and hangs in there. As he progressed through the season he progresses through games.

What a hire Lane Kiffin was! Some of us here knew he would be a success, while others were flaming the nonsense rumors about how he should be fired each week.

That is a guy who took a struggling RB-QB and a confidence-less QB and got BIG TIME results.
