This was an LSU win for them.
Purple Tigers? Stadium called Death Valley? Band plays Tiger Rag? Close enough.
It's so sad that they let their hatred of Bama consume them so much that they can't even see how much of an arse they're making out of themselves . And loss #7 is still on its way.

As a collective group they aren't bad.
Last Saturday's basketball loss slowed their roll a bit. Had they won that, coupled with the gymnastics win just prior, it would have fueled them for weeks to come.
If signing day goes as planned they'll shut up until baseball rolls around and Bama loses one they shouldn't lose or until the head-to-head game. They'll then ride that through football season until they realize how horrible they are again.
They are, as a group, very predictable, but all shouldn't be judged based on the moronic views of a vocal few.

I went to my best friend's dad's funeral today in Monroe. They're a huge LSU family. He was the finest man you could meet, and everyone involved today - I know many, many I didn't, were just great people. I'd say 75% of the men were wearing purple and gold ties, including my buddies. Basically I'm just saying LSU has a fine fanbase, good folk. The rantards are just fricking idiots.
