of course so might we if we turn the ball over 5 times. but i like our chances against lsu, our d line is everything we thought it would be. a&m, who knows? But really, i was not terrible impressed with them offensively or defensively, we moved the ball all over them until we would just turn it over for no reason. they were winning some matchups on the dline vs our oline, but most of our offensive issues were just us making mistakes and some poor playcalling late (why not run it down their throats in the 4th, they were gassed?). offensively i felt we would have stopped them every time if they had been forced to drive the field (minus fluke plays). if either of those 2 teams can play cleaner than we did, and we can beat both, we are right back in it. thats assuming our qbs can pull their heads out of their asses

ive said this before...

If we beat Georgia then I'll see you fellows in Atlanta for the SECCG

If we lose to Georgia then I'll see you fellows in Nashville for the Music City Bowl, because I think the wheels fall off if there's "nothing to play for" this early in the season

Beat Georgia and you'll see a group playing with their hair on fire. Lose it and the wheels fall off. Both our fanbase and Players have the mentality of championship or bust (we should)

I am going to be really worried if a championship gets taken off the table in October.

That said, I think we clobber Georgia

I agree we win out if we beat UGA, just not sure Ole Miss loses 2 for us to get to Atlanta. LSU is one dimensional and the jury is still out on A&M.

I agree with this.

I also think UGA is the game where the offense finally hits its stride.

Texas A&M is still my biggest concern. Don't ask me why. I don't have a good reason. I guess just because it's on the road and Myles Garret scares the shite out of me.

Saban will be able to pull out the underdog card for the first time in six years for the Georgia game. Most of the experts will be saying Georgia will beat Bama.

Road underdogs in Athens. Wouldn't want it any other way. Damn 2008 was fun! .

Alabama will probably close as favorites. But, the team should still be playing with their hair on fire. It's do or die boys

Ole Miss losing a few games seems like a strong possibility, they did not impress me much at all to be honest.

The bigger concern is us potentially losing again.

Ole Miss was tough because it was a home loss. Now Alabama has forced themselves into having to win all their road games to have a real shot at winning the west. Only losing 1 of Texas A&M or Georgia would have been understandable and something that Alabama could have survived. Now they have to win both. Not to mention you know, @ Miss State, @ Auburn, and playing a much improved LSU and Tennessee.

Also, I should probably clarify myself in saying I don't see Ole Miss losing more than 2 conference games. They get LSU and Texas A&M at home and I think they at least split those. They play @ Florida, Auburn, and Miss State. Need one of these 3 to sneak up and take them down.

Really hoping Florida's defense, particularly the DBs, can frustrate Ole Miss passing game. Ole Miss running game isn't going to beat you. Problem is Florida's offense against the Ole Miss D. But who knows maybe Florida can get a couple helmet bounce TD passes and a few turnovers in the red zone.

The road team rarely wins the Egg Bowl even when the home team has had a bad year, it is in Starkville this year
