I've never felt this way after a loss. I'm talking about feeling fine. Like it didn't matter. Bama can easily win out, we only lost because of self inflicted mistakes, a miracle play, and a play that should've been called back. With that said Ole Miss won, not taking anything away from them.

But time and time again the team fought back to try and win. They didn't. Coker made some bad throws, and he's probably not going to be very good, but I'll give credit where it is due. He fought hard to win that game. He wanted it bad.

OL got whipped. Foster got hurt. TOs happened. End of the day I just don't feel too bad about that one because everything that could go wrong did. There are question marks, but hell I think most of us predicted an 11-1 regular season and who are the three toughest teams left on the schedule? LSU? Fournette is a beast, but no one is going to run that offense effectively on us. Same for Georgia. A&M on the road could be a slip up, but really it isn't like Chad Kelly lit us up with the passing game. Take away the miracle and the RPO that should've been penalized and his numbers don't look all that impressive.

But anyway, the team showed a desire to win. They just couldn't win. They weren't going to win this one and that's just that. But they fought to do so. They didn't stand around confused and act like hope was lost. They said "No, frick you, we're Alabama" and battled back time after time.

I don't know who the QB is going forward. I saw Mag make a good point on Twitter. Coker is pray and spray and Bateman is dink and dunk. Maybe next week Morris and Barnett should get a chance to play.

I feel like just picking one and going with them for good already is the best thing

Outside the interception, Bateman looked pretty accurate to me.

Receivers not running to the sticks killed him on 3rd downs.

I can't remember a game where it kept seeming like we were out of it, only to come back and fall out of it again. You're right that the team has a lot of fight, particularly the defense. But that made it all the more gut wrenching

Bateman didn't lead them which caused them to be short. Not the receivers fault.
