It didn't help Robert Foster. He is not only the fastest on the team he was a punt/kickoff return highlight reel in high school.
Seriuosly. For me it's insane he hasn't even returned one. Look at his film.

You would think Foster would at least get a look on kickoffs. I don't understand it either.

If you go by the last 2 years of the reported 40s, they both ran 4.34s in 2016. This year, Foster ran a 4.47 while AA ran a 4.45.
As hilariously inaccurate handtimed 40s are, it seems they are at best equal healthy.
