This a weak apology lol. Let’s just enjoy getting to the elite 8.

I think I kept on saying Nelson was due a good game after each tourney game. He was not playing great at all but has had a knack to put together a clutch game or two right when I start doubting him. Frankly I’m glad his clutch performance was time-released. Still, I didn’t expect 24-12-5. I was basically pinning our hopes of rebounding on Pringle, Wague, and Stevenson. I apologize, Grant, you clearly are a demon on the boards.

I don’t recall saying anything bad about him, but I thought some bad ones so count me in.

Sorry for doubting you Grant.

I just don't get why we don't make it a focus for him to go and try and get to the basket. He's not only athletic, but skilled around the rim. And I get he's out physicalled at times but man he needs some designated touches in every game that aren't just hand offs.

IN!!

I thought if he hit his first 3, he’d shoot 8 more and only make 1. He went 2-2 and had the best game of his life!!

MoD was the hero last game. Grant Nelson hero this game, with Rylan honorable mention. [with Sears obviously a hero every game]

Frankly this is what I expected when he signed but he was mostly a little disappointing till now. Players who show up in big games when you absolutely need them are the real goats. Nelson proved his caliber today. Let’s see what he can do against the strong front line of Clemson. Roll Tide

I’m here for it.

Spent yesterday explaining how he was down to 25% on 3PA and that as he was playing he was just a guy for Bama.

Now I did point out that at 35% he plays 10 years in the NBA as a 3&D guy but he proved his game was way more than that last night.

That was an all-time “put the team on my back” performance against a team that is absolutely loaded and as pointed out is the same age as some NBA teams.

You showed who you can be Grant Nelson last night, sorry for doubting you.
