Bobbeh doesn't coach the specialist, no one does. They work with personal trainers in the offseason.
Williams is likely gonna stay on staff as long as Saban does, he's his yes man. Every coach has that guy, Saban's just happens to be a mediocre coach.

And FWIW CNS has said that all the coaches coach special teams, Bobby just gets the "coordinator" label
