If you go back and watch the replay, Ha Ha was right at the goal line when he intercepted that pass. Looking up for the ball, he probably wasn't sure that he caught it in the end zone, so the safe bet was to bring it out, rather than risk a safety. I think it was a smart football play by him.

And yes, Hubbard jumping around while the ball was still bouncing on the ground was just stupid.
