Yea, I have class from 9-12:20 Mon-Thur until August. If that is a problem I understand.

Well we can discuss the TE. I know its a hybrid positon for a lot of teams so it gets annoying at time but i can only remember a few cases where it was that big of a difference.

Take any 20 players in draft but have regulations on position come first game of season.
QB 4
RB 5
WR 7
And then you can have as many TE, K, and DST as you want to have with the final 4 spots.
That sound right?

IF we can get things solidified we can begin drafting as early as this Sunday or Monday. If not we can wait 1 week. 2 weeks at most. But really you dont want to wait too much longer.

What about doing two flex spots, but one is Wr/TE and the other is RB/TE? Would be a slight different take than normal, and would solve the TE issue. Because there are probably less than 7 TE who will consistently score more than 4 or 5 pts a game, even in ppr.

1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1 flex spot (RB,WR,TE), DST, K.
The really good TEs may still be drafted for the flex spot but we no longer really need to spend that much time on a position that really doesnt produce (except for 1 to 2 TEs a year that are drastically better than all of the rest)
I am up to discussing this with everyone and coming to a group decision.

I'm in. Regarding the flex position, I'm not a big fan, unless it's an added position. Yes, there are a scant handful of TE's that score consistently and usually only 10 pts or less at that. However, a flex position is nothing more than an invitation to a team loaded at RB to overcome a hole in their roster at another position. I'm not even crazy about it as an added position, but at least then you can't totally ignore another position, or you do so at your own peril. I'll go with the flow and do whatever, but I feel like the closer it is to a real roster, the better manager you have to be. Just MHO.
