Similar size, Ridley ranked higher.

I'm pumped about him.

He should be good, but Robert Foster was rated higher too.

Robert Foster is looking like he will have a breakout year. I think his ceiling is much higher than Stewart's. But both guys are far from finished products. If Ridley is close to either of them this year, he should see the field a good bit.

I think the addition of Mullaney will allow Stewart to play in the slot more. Might even see Stewart used out of the backfield some. Not sure where they are starting Ridley at, but with Stewart and Black playing in the slot, his best chance is probably on the outside. I think he can earn a spot in the top 4 rotation by midseason.

Ridley's a natural at the position. If he can get the playbook down (agreed he should have come in in Jan) he will get on the field and will make an impact.

I think Ridley could certainly be a a dominant, #1 WR but Coop was a once a generation type WR. Just seems too greedy to hope he could be at that level

Hope he has Coop's work ethic and drive.

Heck, I wish every player had his work ethic and drive.

This is why I want Cornwell to win the job. The WRs would be well served to have QB continuity in 2016.

Coop was the best WR in our history and one of the best in college history. It's not fair to compare any freshman to Coop. Ridley will be a good one, but let's give him some time to develop. Foster is going to be a stud and this is going to be his third year on campus. Everyone develops at different rates.

Comparing Ridley to Cooper is like the Barners comparing Jeremy Johnson to Cam Newton.

It's too early.

I doubt he is the legit 4.3 burner that Cooper is and I don't think he is as big as Cooper. He still may shine with his own skill set. I just hope he is half as good Cooper is. Watch Cooper with a NFL level QB.

It's possible but they're completely different people.

Cooper was a quiet guy that wanted to work to get better

Ridley is a show boat that will have to curb his antics at Alabama.

If he comes in with the right mind set he can be great. He is a natural at WR. Doesn't have the physical tools of Cooper but he's a natural at plucking the ball
