You will never see Foster play a significant down at UA unless it's against UA. He is gone after this year.

We could have potentially gone up 28-3. And we passed on it.

Saban can say he's been begging our OCs to open it up since he got here but today proved that false. It was pathetic.

Saban is at best an average game day coach. In the past it hasn't mattered because he's the best at recruiting. But now there's more parity. The game is passing him by.

Honestly I have always thought game day coaching was not his strong suit. I bet he would even agree with you. Especially in close games. I'm not saying fire him. But I think we're on the way down.

I totally disagree with the OP and many of the comments here.

Geez guys, sometimes you just get beat. Stupid turnover (by a guy who finished in the top 5 in the country in returns last year - you can't take him out - that is just stupid). Drops and penalties by the so-called best TE in the league, and horrible play by the so-called best safety in the league. Lost two starters in Kelly and Duvall and one of our best offensive players for the year. And, two missed field goals.

Yet with that - we still had a chance (due to coaching) to win at the end.

No wonder people have a negative view of some Bama fans. Sometimes you just lose because the other team played better and you made too many mistakes.

"So-called"

You do realize that OJ IS the most *talented* TE in CFB and LC is the best Safety in CFB, right?

Guys have off days.

They didn't trust Sims.

1). Talent will get you so far. If his work ethic was as great as his talent, he'd have not dropped two wide open passes, not got called for that holding before he allowed that midget to out jump him for a TD pass.

2). LC is not the best safety in CFB. Talent wise, yes. Production. No. This is his first full season of starting and while he has done some good things, he has been beat badly. I think he has some growth till he gets to that level.

Last year. He has done very little this year and has always had a problem holding on to the ball on returns.

We finally opened up the offense on the last drive. Because we HAD to. We continue to struggle on kick coverage and keep attempting (and missing) long field goals. That's not good coaching.

Did you notice how Ole Miss were struggling till they actually opened up their play book? The minute they stopped being pussies and actually tried to win instead of trying not to lose, they begin to have success.

The minute we tried to win, we started moving the ball down the field. Sims his Coop and Coop made a nice run after catch. We actually looked like we were about to score the winner until OJ's drive killing holding penalty.

He had no clue there was a DB there that he needed to out jump. Sims put way too much air under the ball and gave the safety time to get over there.

I wish Saban would just simplify the defense. The combo man got us killed today

My gripe with Jones is not the fumble but why he even caught it in the first place. They were kicking off from their 20 and the ball was going out of bounds. Let it go and we start that drive inside their territory.

Those cats got shut out last year for not kicking field goals. AG can hit a 55 yarder when he is on, he needs more game exp.

Communication is by far the biggest problem on this team. On O on D and on special teams.

Kirby Smart has control of this D and its a problem.

We always suck out of a bye

First true road game for quite a few of these starters.

Injuries

Penalties

Turnovers

Where do you special fricks come from? Is there like a short-bus signal on the moon right now? Bama lost a close game to a top ten team at their place...they need my talent for prophesying doom and needless hyperbole.

Go back in your damn holes you cockroaches.

We have completely gone away from a MTAQ mentality. In big games now, we come out tight and let the opponents bring the fight to us. We respond to what other teams are doing, not the other way around.

Saban is stubborn when it comes kicking 50 yard FGs. He'll never learn that sometimes, it's just better to pin a struggling offense back. I also think his approach at the end of the first half was pussy as hell and he was lucky the fumble bailed him out.

We looked like a team that expected to lose at the end of the game. Kevin Elko is stealing money from us.
