The only coaches that Sark has taken from us so far are Flood and and Banks, and if Pete goes then that's 3. That is not very many coaches he'd be taking from us really.

I can just see all of the Texas fans on whatever site succeeded ShaggyBevo celebrating like they are about to become Alabama. They'll be expecting to have an offense next season as good as ours was this season.

I get that, and think Saban is justified for being pissed, but Sark has a responsibility to build the best staff he can for Texas now. When you're getting paid the type of money he is, not going after the best option because it might piss off your old boss isn't really an option.

I am not worried about coaching / recruiting going forward , I just don’t want this years class to be disrupted with the NCAA basically letting everyone transfer or possibly getting out of NLIs

Agree and also it allows Saban to make the case to match in order to reward his staff for the Natty etc.You cant blame the staff for what Texas is willing to pay to drive the market up..
That's not factoring guys getting there first HC offers because of this teams success...
You would think Saban expects it by now as its the only way the competition can stop Saban at this point...Also Keep in mind were talking about Charlie Strong and maybe a Sumlin joining the staff as replacements along with Bill..I hate losing Banks more for good special teams coaching because of the two big-time kids Earle and Leary we have coming in..
I am not down playing his recruiting its just in big games special teams is a difference maker...
