Orlando is a great place if you're into alternative culture. If not, keeping up with the Jones's can be difficult and unrewarding.

Edit: Source: Grew up there. Went to Edgewater before moving the Prattville High School.

I've been subscribed for a month now and have gotten nothing valuable out of BOL. Good thing it was a free trial

Don't get me wrong, BOL has great info. Another benefit of having an account is you can read everything posted on the entire 247 network too.

However, most of the posters there are fricking morons who can't handle ANYTHING that isn't good news for Alabama.

If you post that a mod from another board said something that doesn't mean something good for Alabama prepare to be blasted. It's fricking comical how insecure they are.

ETA: What kills me is when someone posts something about a commit potentially looking around they are cruicified, yet if Hank or Tim post the same thing two days later they don't say shite. It's like they can't grasp the idea of people other than BOL staff or BOL "insiders" having information regarding recruiting.

I didn't care for the mods and their heavy hands on BOL. I was a member from 06-09 or around that time

I trust Tim Watts but everyone over there is praising Hank and the whole staff about their coverage on Najee but I don't feel like they did a whole lot. Every time it was brought up they just said they were confident he sticks with Bama.

Yep. And today Tim Watts said the four recruits the staff was worried about the most were Najee Harris, Dylan Moses, Alex Leatherwood and Jerry Jeudy.

But, you know, I was a "chicken little" for passing on what the Miami insiders were telling their fan base.

fricking idiots.

I had a friend get a time out over there during the Bama-Utah game. He said Andre Smith was a dumbass, and that did it

I'd be livid if I got banned over there seeing as they are taking money from people to be a part of their network.

Now if they give out a refund that's another thing.

Sheetz is the best gas station food (it's still gas station food though, so it's not objectively good, just relatively)

Maybe it was the free trial period but the only boards I could read was BOL. Anytime I went to Miami, Michigan, ect. I couldn't gain access to any of their VIP stuff

There are great parts of Orlando definitely. It's an interesting city because the East side is like a normal college town up and down Alafaya near UCF, then the West side is a typical downtown with lots of bars and nightlife, in between there is a gorgeous area near Lake Eola and Winter Park, then down South you have the entire world of Theme Parks. It's like three cities in one basically with how much in sprawls. It's a bitch to get around if you want to go to anywhere though. Traffic ain't so bad though, just a far drive.

He just laughed about it. I think it pissed me off worse than him

This is a guy that got kicked out of a strip club in L.A. though. Not much bothers him

Tampa is underrated. St. Pete is a great city. I absolutely hate Orlando though.

I lived in St. Pete Beach 1998-2010. Loved it.

I went to Orlando in August for the Defense Health Information Technology Symposium and stayed at the Caribe Royale Resort. It was nice, but far away from Disney World.

Having gone to Disney World half a dozen times I wouldn't want to live in Orlando due to the tourists.

Just a PSA:

Try Center Cut's Sriracha Bacon Jerky.

My wife got some at GNC and it is amazing. It's on Amazon too.

Had a buddy who lived in St. Pete when I lived down there.

Decent area, but I lived in Odessa so it was a bitch getting to his house. I had to go all the way down to International Mall and then cross the bay to get there.

And don't get me started on Dale Mabry. frick that street. But the Air Force decided to put a base at the end of the busiest street in the United States.

I think you have to either have been a paid member for so many months or have a year membership to get VIP access to the other boards.
