The original MEGATHREAD (GOAT) wasn't actually on this board, it was on the SECRb back in 2013. That thread was huge seeing as all members of Tigerdroppings/SEC Rant could post in it. Unfortunately, the bitching back and forth caused it to be whacked and team forums started up shortly after.
2013 MEGATHREAD hit 1,058 pages: LINK
2014 MEGATHREAD hit 1,005 pages: LINK
2015 MEGATHREAD hit 867 pages: LINK
Last year we hit 869 pages: LINK

The 2013 MEGATHREAD would have easily eclipsed 2,500 pages if it hadn't been whacked. It was still June when it ended. We had 7 months left to go.

I haven't cussed anybody yet, so can we be alters? I seriously doubt that I will do that, cause I don't care what anyone else thinks or says to me on a message board. It's not that serious to me.

Random arse Post, take this FWIW
Back in October/Late September I ended up sitting down with a group one night and one of Saban's coaching staff guys was there. Really low level, he was in his 20's, and apparently he helped with a lot of the scouting and recruiting stuff like watching film on the prospects. Barnett came up, and somehow we got into a conversation about West. The guy said that, at the time, the coaching staff thought West was the best QB in the 2017/2018 classes. I don't know if that's changed with more film review or if he was talking up West but he seemed truthful about it.

I like Mayden's brother as well as anyone in the 2018 class, West included. Sure would be nice to get both if there's a need for 2 guys in that particular class.

Tim Watts posted it is between us, USCw and Nebraska for him. He apparently impressed the staff during the visit and is seen as a very good run stopper.
1 year gap plugger for KD losing Jarran Reed, he is a bit short for a 3 tech but Dalvin isn't but a hair over 6'2 I believe and not sure but I believe that is close to what Reed measured at the NFL Combine.
