As long as Bo is coaching our DL, Tosh is coaching our LBs, and Mel is coaching our DBs, then I'm fine with the defensive staff next season.

I can live with that..
but you also have to factor the (in live game) defensive calls kirby has been responsible for..
Not saying a coach up top in the booth is not having influence on those calls.
Just kirby's style or ability to transfer(impact)that in a game has to be considered..

Tucker needs to stay where he's at or be named Assistant DC, not sure he'd have the same impact as a DC
