Some dude on BOL is saying Terrell Hall and Rashan Gary are good friends. TIFWIW.
Also, here is a picture of Terrell Hall with RB Abdul Adams, Michigan St. commit
If you remember, Abdul Adams was the one that Trevon Diggs was "recruiting" to Alabama on Twitter.
Hall, Adams, Diggs, and Gary? Yes plz.

4-star Terrell Hall decommits from #OhioState.
Hall told me this summer: "I feel like I'm the best DE in America."

A few programs that stand out in the reopened recruitment of former #Buckeyes 4-star DE commit Terrell Hall -- #PennState #Terps and #Bama.

Terrell Hall told me #PennState remained the most persistent program through the end of his junior year, despite that #OhioState commitment.

Derrick Brown shared a bit of insight into his recruitment Saturday, as the five-star defensive tackle announced he will take official visits to Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Mississippi State and Tennessee. At Nike's elite football camp The Opening last month in Oregon, Brown told AL.com Alabama, Auburn, Georgia and Tennessee were his "even" top four schools. The Crimson Tide, Tigers and Volunteers are tasked with wooing him away from Athens, which sits about 50 miles east of Brown's home of Buford, Ga.
Brown likes the winning tradition at Alabama, the family vibe at Auburn the close relationship he has with Georgia and the atmosphere at Tennessee, but nothing is more important to him than his future after football. "The biggest factor for me right now is if I don't go to the NFL, I need to find a place that suits me education wise," the 6-foot-4, 321-pounder said.
Brown is currently ranked as the nation's No. 9 overall player in the 247Sports Composite.

The eyes of the recruiting world surrounded Dylan Moses, when he earned several college offers (including Alabama) before his ninth-grade season started and committed to the Tigers as a freshman.
Moses, now a five-star recruit in the class of 2017, has now reopened up his recruitment. The 6-foot-2, 220-pound Moses is the top recruit in the rising junior class as a running back and linebacker, though likely projects as a linebacker at the next level. Moses had 176.5 tackles as a freshman and 152 as a sophomore for University Lab in Baton Rouge, La. He has 22 tackles for loss in his varsity career.
"This is a once in a lifetime deal and I wanna live this process up to the fullest," Moses tweeted. "Thank you." He then released a long tweet detailing his decision, and said that LSU was still his No. 1. His father, Edward Moses, responded to AL.com with a text of "2" when asked where Alabama stands, but has not responded further. Edward Moses also told The Advocate that he wasn't aware of his son's decommitment and wanted to withhold comment.
Alabama has five junior commitments - athlete Chadarius Townsend of Tanner, offensive linemen Alex Leatherwood (Pensacola, Fla.) and Netori Johnson (Ellenwood, Ga.), athlete D.D. Bowie (Morton, Miss.) and running back Najee Harris (Antioch, Calif.)

Alabama only has one receiver committed in Clay-Chalkville's T.J. Simmons, but the Crimson Tide remain in the top group for several talented recruits. However, all of them won't be able to sign with Alabama because of scholarship limits.
More commitments could be coming soon. Here are some names to keep an eye on going forward.
Mykel Jones, Patterson, La. – The four-star recently named Alabama to his top four and may be the guy in this group most likely to sign with Alabama. Jones is recovering from an ACL tear during the spring and was a teammate and still a friend to 2015 Alabama receiver signee Daylon Charlot. LSU, Tennessee and Ole Miss round out the top four.
Cavin Ridley, Deerfield Beach, Fla. – Momentum is trending toward Alabama for Cavin, a four-star recruit listed at nearly 6-foot-2 and 198 pounds. He's the younger brother of Calvin Ridley (don't let the first names confuse you), Alabama's five-star signee in this past class. It will be interesting to see what the back of the jersey says if Cavin follows older brother to Tuscaloosa. Florida is key competition here.
Trevon Diggs, Rockville, Md. – Diggs was supposed to commit on July 4, but likely would have chose Maryland. Alabama is rising for Diggs, though the four-star could play cornerback at the next level. Maryland will be a tough battle, but Diggs, younger brother of NFL receiver and former Maryland star Stefon Diggs, is an elite talent.
Darnell Salomon, Miami – The four-star recruit has been high on Alabama for a while, but has not committed. Florida State, LSU, Texas and Oklahoma are also in the mix for Salomon, who has had some off-the-field problems.
A.J. Brown, Starkville, Miss. – Brown is physical at 6-foot-1 and 220 pounds, and said at The Opening that Alabama was recruiting him the hardest. But the thought is that it will be tough to get him away from hometown Mississippi State and also Ole Miss.
DeKaylin Metcalf, Oxford, Miss. - The longtime Ole Miss commit and Rebel legacy said that Alabama continues to recruit him hard. Metcalf, a four-star recruit, said at a recent 7on7 in Hoover that he plans to take an official visit to Alabama.
Demetris Robertson, Savannah, Ga., - The nation's No. 1 athlete was committed to Alabama for nearly a year before backing off in April. Stanford and Georgia are back in the mix and Robertson coming to Alabama seems like a long shot, but he's still considering the Crimson Tide.
Ahmmon Richards, West Palm Beach, Fla. – Richards has been committed to Miami for more than a year, but Alabama is recruiting the 6-foot-2, four-star receiver. Richards tweeted his official written offer from Alabama on Sunday.

Some bad news on Gary:
AJC
quote:
The mother of the nation’s No. 1 player, Rashan Gary, loves UGA but she has one major concern with the school.
“I know they run a 3-4 defense, and I don’t know how good that would be for my son,” Jennifer Coney told the AJC.
“In that three-person line, their job is to hold the offensive line so the linebackers can come in to make the tackle. Well, how is Rashan supposed to shine in a 3-4? A 4-3 defense is what I prefer. It’s OK for him to play in a 3-4, only if they rotate in a 4-3. I just don’t see how playing in a 3-4 defense would benefit him.”

Shouldn't that rule out Auburn as well?
frick it. Let him go to Michigan. Just keep his arse out of the SEC.

Who the hell knows what Auburn will do on defense?
It would also rule out LSU if they go in that direction.
