I'm not saying it'd happen, but we haven't had a player go #1 under Saban and Allen is arguably the top talent in the draft.

Would LOVE to see this but there's no way in hell I want any of our guys getting drafted by Cleveland.

So many Bama players projected in the first round. Ryan Anderson will be a steal for someone. I could see J.Allen going first, but Miles/Peppers will certainly compete. I don't know if we want our boy going to Cleveland anyway.

Would be awesome, but Cleveland is still searching for their QB. Some sad soul will land there and watch his career go to the shitter. Cleveland is a graveyard for QB's. Hell, Kessler just got put on concussion protocol.

It's one of those "You probably should", but then they reach for a position of need instead.

Cool mock draft, but some of those selections had me scratching my head. McCaffery in the top third of the first round? No.
Jon probably isn't going to be #1 because he's not that explosive edge guy. He's a very safe pick and likely top 10, though. I also think Cam has hurt himself with the arrest and with his inconsistent play. I think he's mid-to-late 1st round at this point.
Allen, Robinson, Foster, Williams, Hump, Anderson, Howard all have a good chance to be selected in the 1st round. I hope they all are.

Jon probably won't be go no.1 because some QB probably will. Also I do think Cam can be a top 10 pick because this OL class is weak and OL are still highly valued.

Hump is a big NFL prospect. Good size and will test VERY well. He's projected as a round one guy by most everyone. Just depends on when he decides to come out.

It seems to me that they are usually pretty shitty predictors.
They are trying to fit people up with teams and stuff, and things change like right off the bat.

I don't necessarily disagree with you, but he'll test well and has good size for the position. POTENTIAL is often valued over production.

the last three defensive lineman taken 1st have been clowney, williams (mario) & courtney brown ... none have lived up to their billing, tho williams has had some success and the jury is still out on clowney ... don't see a lineman being taken #1 anytime soon over an lt or qb ...

I think Allen goes top 5, not #1. Cleveland will draft some shitty QB.
