Or maybe it was just because of Halloween. I hope our guys stay focused so this does not happen.

Hope they stay clear from the bars tonight. The Strip is pretty wild on Halloween.

How does one get a citation for driving under the influence as opposed to being arrested for it?

good news. UA is on break right now, the place is a ghost town. The Strip will be... well full of townies if it's full of anything.

bad news. Everyone will be going wild in their home town bars.

He was taken into custody just to blow. You are always cited for dui. Paper probably just didn't know the terminology.
