Some pretty interesting numbers here

One thing that stood out to me - only 2 starters returning on offense. That said, a lot of our non-starters saw significant playing time last year. I think that'll pay off.

Defense needs to improve or we should fire Kirby Smart.

Fire Kirby Smart? Who would we replace him with?

Someone who can freshen up our defensive scheme. Smart has worn out his welcome. It's time to move on.

"Someone"

Dude, I agree with you that it Smart's defense has gotten stale lately, but good defensive coordinators don't just grow on trees...

Ouch...

Defense should be able to carry the team to a certain extent, though.

So last year you only had 1 question mark, QB, lost 2 games, easily could have lost 2 more.

This year you have 9 question marks on O, no proven LBs, and the same shitty secondary minus Collins and Jones, the 2 best players back there.

Sounds like the Tides gonna Roll for sure

So is this the year Bama loses 4-5? Or will it always be next year?

You're spot on about the defensive issues but the offensive losses are completely overblown.

1) None of the offensive players they lost are hard to replace except for Amari Cooper.

2) Their backups are very talented and have plenty of experience.

3) The players will be more familiar with Kiffin's offense in his second year.

The offense won't have any issues putting up points and yards this year.
