Which juniors? Savion has always been a loose cannon, Mack is the top rated ILB prospect right now because this year's class is incredibly weak, and Thompson graduated before the season even started and is considered the best safety prospect in a very weak Safety class. ( Mack and Thompson are almost assuredly top 60 picks just due to the weakness at the position and even if they come back and dont get hurt and play better, they will be in much stronger classes)

Not Boz, but heard Saban was pissed off with the coaches after the 28-0 lead over OU by then letting off the gas that allowed them to get the game close.

That is weird... My understanding was that Saban was the one wanting to slow the game down and run more ball control stuff. If that wasn't the case then I'd be pissed as hell too that my staff couldn't formulate drives against that awful defense.

Devin White has declared so I doubt Mack is first. And per WJOx and a former FB player he said there are a few guys you mentioned with very low fB IQ's. I doubt that changes much in the NFL

Sort of the bottom line is some young coaches were hired and promoted who didn’t have the X’s And O’s but had great recruiting abilities.

That in combination with some very entitlement driven players and bam we lose the big game but won the rest with pure talent.

Enos wasn’t forced out.

Long wasn’t even called back after his interview.

The last part came from my best source and it’s troublesome “for the first time since 2007 there seems to be uneasiness and concern in the football building”

Irv was told by his dad it was best to go to the draft.

Ozzie tried to talk Mac into staying and he didn’t listen.

Regarding the last part of your post, do you think it will get better?

Yeah, with White now in, Mack would be the second on the board. Low football IQ is a problem, but front offices fall in love with athleticism and Mack has that. Some team with a need will pick him in the top 60. End of the day, that also doesn't change if they stay another year football IQ wise and they can go get paid now this way.

Savion I 100% think will go undrafted, but I suspect he always planned on going no matter what after this year.

The WR's excelled under Gattis
The Qb's grew tremendously well under Enos
So does that mean Key/Tosh/Golding?

That is what I am afraid of. We just had a great season. Multiple award winners. Won the SEC. Runner up for the Heisman. Beat the Heisman winner in the playoffs and made the NC.

shite happens and we can always improve, but losing that one game doesn't mean that the program is falling apart.

Honestly, if our rebuilding year accomplishes all of what we did, things are looking pretty fricking awesome.

With the right coaching picks I’d say so.

The lone player I still know seems to think Golding was at least well liked by staff and players, is that still true post NCG or is he potentially being shown the door?

(He doesn't tell me shite about the team, I just taught him in a class as a TA and we talk when we see each other on campus and I asked why Golding didn't leave for OU or Ole Miss)

Hurts grew.

Tua is exactly the same player. Still forcing balls downfield, still ignoring checks, holding the ball forever trying to throw TDs each snap.

Still relying mainly on his pre-snap look of the opposition coverage then getting stunned (and intercepted) when they switch their coverage after he snaps the ball.

This was our problem before the season even if we didn't really know it and it's what end our season.

He wasn't that at the start of the season. He regressed into some hero ball habits as the season went on, but I'm not sure how much of that is the fault of Enos and how much of it was the insane amount of confidence I'm sure he felt along with the Heisman talk getting to his head.

There was a lot of tumult internally leading up to the playoff games. Stuff going on in practices and in the locker room that should not be tolerated and speak to dysfunction among the team.
