I agree but apparently people in high places aren't happy.
But, we need a culture change. Hopefully he is given the time to do it.

There's nothing wrong with that. It worked for him in the past and it will probably work for him in the future once he gets his guys in the program.

Baseball takes more time than other sports to turn around. Kids can sign MLB contract straight out of HS and baseball is all about chemistry. Give him a few years before running him off.

I doubt he's going anywhere. The baseball program needs a good "rat killing" and it sounds like he's rolled his sleeves up. I'm pretty sure the AD is aware and has approved....this is how these type of things are done in the real world.
