frick, that looked even more hardcore than what he did to Za'Darius. Za'Darius is 6'6 254.

More evidence of the "just make a play" mentality taking the place of proper coaching (not from the coaches from the fans). If he does it correctly every time he has nothing to worry about. Something goes wrong/mistimes his attempt to get on sportscenter we have a new starting QB.
Dude you're not making sense. Anybody who knows anything about playing outside on the line (TE or tackle) knows that is taught to clear out the DE or OLB (in case playing a 5 or 7 tech) to quickly push them up the field.
That technique is ONLY done on quicks and draws, both of which the QB will not have the ball long enough to be effected. If you knew anything about how to properly do it you would see CyKo actually does an outstanding job rendering his defender useless while Shepard our RT in that same gif does a less than great job not knocking the defender far enough up the field and leaving him enough room to recover.
At least know what you're talking about man.
ETA: I just read the rest of the second page and my goodness you don't have a fricking clue. Go back and look at that gif and see our RT doing the same thing just not as effective.

You still aren't supposed to leave phase unless the guy does something to take himself out of it. Like I said the first one against Kentucky was great, it was the intentionally letting the guy go to get the kill shot that will get Cyrus in trouble. Basically the same thing as losing contain to try and intentionally high/low a QB.

Dude it is obvious you have never played football (past high school) in your life. Just stop.
The play is drawn up so the tackles CLUB the defender to push him upfield. Those defenders are not a threat to the play because it is a quick hitting play. That CLUB technique is used by tackles and sometimes tightends on quick hitting draw plays and quick/hot routes (although not too frequently).
If you don't know about something, don't comment. You don't know what you're talking about so just stop commenting.
