Am I the only Bama fan upset about Urban Meyer's career possibly coming to an end?

I wanted a rematch between Meyer and Saban ever since 2014 CFP. to leave their match up 2-2 just doesn't feel satisfying. Now we may never get that final game 5.

It is somewhat sad to see a coaching star come crashing down. For a second time. This is an era without large coaching icons. It’s basically Saban and Meyer. With Dabo building a profile.

But if Meyer knew, then he probably should be out as head coach.

don't get me wrong. I don't think he doesn't deserve to get fired. He does for sure. Its a shame this is how a great legacy ends.

Yeah, I always figured we'd get that rematch.

If he ends up not being able to return to OSU though, what is left in his wake is mainly to our benifit. Meyer kept the B1G relevant and gave them an argument to challenege the SEC.

And Les Miles to OSU so he can do well and constantly trigger LSU fans.

No. Meyer can eat a bag of dicks. Ending his career in disgrace is fitting

He's the second best coach in CFB. That goon will be back in two years minimum. CUM has nobody to blame but himself for the way this is playing out.

You don't think covering up a violent crime committed by one of his staff, failing to report it to his employer, and then blatantly caught lying about it is not grounds for termination?

This.

This story is not over, and now every sports journalist in the US sees blood in the water and will leave no stone unturned regarding his time at both OhioSt and Florida. And if the smoke indicates fire, there are some really bad stories that will come out, some dating back a decade or more.

Urban is fricked, and he deserves it.

Crashing down?

Do you pay attention?

This isn't a witch hunt. He's a HORRIBLE person.

His career will end like this no matter what comes of this event.

What have you been watching?

I quickly glanced at the story, but why should Urban Meyer be at fault for some other guy beating his wife? What kind of society is this?

What happens between a man and his wife is their business. If the wife feels unsafe, contact the police. It's that simple

With domestic violence, it isn’t that simple.

She reached out to Shelley Meyer, who had a legal & moral obligation to report the issue. Shelley Meyer stated she would tell Urban, who also had a legal & moral obligation to report the issue. Smith is an employee and is in a position where he is responsible for the welfare of students. This isn’t rocket science.

Meyer failed his duty here.
