How is this even a real question? It’s Auburn period by a huge margin. They are the University’s #1 rival, it’s in state, the game is referred to as a bowl game and there is a trophy handed out. None of that happens with the Tennessee game.

A better question might be who do you hate more? The UcheaT hatred peaked with the fat Phil incident where Alabama got in hot water. I didn’t hate those hillbillies before that, but after I hated them more than anything, but the Iron Bowl has always mattered more.

Maybe the question should be when the barn and the bikes play each other who do you want to win. I personally always hope for a really tight game that comes down to the wire where the home team has a chance to put the game away with only a few seconds left on the clock and then either a large jet or small meteorite hits the stadium.

Tennessee has always been Alabama's #1 rival.

Same here but it's kind of disgusting how all of the Aubs I know are UT fans when they aren't playing each other and vice versa. I know that stems from both having pathological hatred and jealousy of Bama sports.

Before Phat Phil Fulmer did everything in his power to destroy Alabama by any means possible, TSO was a rivalry but there was a mutual level of respect between the two. We might not have liked them, but we grudgingly respected them. Then Fulmer pulled his stunt and respect went out the window. It’s pure unadulterated hate now and frick Tennessee. Nothing sucks like the Big Orange.
Auburn has always been the little brother that’s too big for his britches. He occasionally gets the best of you and never lets you hear the end of it. He will do anything to beat you, legal or not. Sometimes you beat the hell out of him and put him in his place, but usually he keeps it close enough to bug the piss out of you. That’s Auburn.

10rC All day long! They stole 10 years of Alabama football from us. And made fun of us everyday for those 10 years. No 1 on my hate list.

I hate them both but I guess it depends on who is having a better year to ratchet up the hate. Beating Auburn is like beating up your crazy cousin while beating Tennessee is like beating up your arsehole next door neighbor.

I lived deep behind enemy lines for 10 years in Farragut, TN during the Saban years and it was glorious! Those fans were broken! Saban destroyed their fandom so they were literally as quiet as a Vandy fan in terms of running their mouth.

The barn is in state and that hate runs as deep as they come. I think that’s what puts the barn just a tad above the viles.

My answer is kind of hypocritical. I consider Auburn the bigger rival because they are in the same state and I have family members who went there. I have much more hatred for Tennessee, though. I want to go full Rome on Carthage when we travel to Knoxville.

Auburn and it's not close.

How many UT fans do you live among? Compared to Auburn fans?

Growing up so close to TN in north AL and having a father who hated UT above all others, it's the Vols #1.

I like for them to lose at everything.

AU has been heated at times, but I've never really held the same level of animosity for them. Too many AU fans and grads in my friends and family groups to really do much more than use the Iron Bowl to talk shite or eat crow for a while. And, outside of the Iron Bowl, I'm largely ambivalent to AU's sports success or failures.

Both great historical rivals, but one is much more despised than the other for me..

It really depends of where you live. I feel like everyone around North AL will say Tennessee and I believe them. Lots more UT fans up there than we see around Bham and lower AL. I work in North AL a lot so I see it up there but living in Bham I will tell you this auburn hate is real.

Tough question. I freaking hate and I do mean hate both of their fan bases.

Auburn-I married into an Auburn family and the wife is an Auburn alum. The wife really isn't this way but my in-laws honest to God believe that being Auburn alums makes them smarter than us, more sophisticated than us (Try not to laugh at that one), more clever than us, harder workers than us, more ethical/honest than us and just all around better people than us.

When Auburn beats Bama, they simply cannot stop running their big f***ing mouths but when Bama wins, the silence is deafening. I rarely say anything when Bama wins. 99% of all Auburn fans/alums I've known are 24K pricks.

Tennessee-Fulmer was the one who caused all the bitterness and hate, IMO. Hopefully, that fat turd burns in hell for eternity one day. He's pure evil. And their goofy assed fans, no fan base laughed at us, mocked us and kicked us harder when we were down than those turds.

Pee on them for all eternity.

So, it's hard for me to choose which I hate more.

frick tennessee. frick their colors. frick their fans. frick them today, tomorrow and forever. Those mfers cheat and tale tell. The barners at least have some dignity, they find new ways to cheat. These vil pumpkin pukes almost got Alabama football shut down. They deserve any infinite number of arse whoppings. If they shut down football tomorrow, I hope they cobble together a club team just so the arse whoopings will continue.

Seriously frick tennessee
