Good stuff.

Coach Avery is doing his part trying to get top notch talent here, now the fans need to show up to the games and support the team. Hopefully we can all make a difference.

Unreal. I'd never even considered the possibility that we would be reading stuff like this before Avery coached a single game.
Buckle the frick Up.

This probably isn't the right thread for this, but...
If Avery produces on the court like we hope he will, meaning regular tournament appearances and a run or two to the S16/E8, how long should we realistically expect him to stay?
Do you think he could stay here for ten years and build an annual top 15 team or do you think he would leave for the NBA after 3-4 years if he has success and they come calling?

I don't see him going back to the NBA. It looks like he really loves college right now. However, I could see him leaving for a bigger job.

About a month after he was hired, I am pretty sure he was quoted as saying Alabama was it and he won't be coaching anywhere else. I'd guess after his run here is over, it's back to television or retirement. I believe he means to be here for many years.

If he has success starting in 2016, I would think he'd at least stay through his contract. He definitely won't leave before AJ Jr. is done.

I saw a an interview with CAJ recently were he reiterated that he was here for the long haul. I can't remember where I watched it though.

Yep, I think you're right. He went into a good bit of detail about why he'd be around a while.
