Home games yes but I've never been to A Day

Is admission still free this year and is there anything I need for entry?

Thanks in advance!

It’s still free and just follow all the normal stadium rules as you would during the season. As always dress appropriately for the weather.

Any bags you bring in must be clear (not colored). I'm certain it's still free to get in but I'm also certain you should be prepared to give up one of your children to pay for concessions. Outrageously priced.

Honestly, with the University always looking for ways to stick it to the fans, I'm surprised they haven't started charging admission to A-Day.

Don't they ask for donations to give to charity?

I've been boycotting A-Day, ever since they named the Running of the Gumps.

That is what they call the day people can get autographs NOT A-Day.
A day is when you can bring your kids, have fun, and sit where ever you want and not pay a fortune for tickets.

The day you are talking about is mainly for people trying to make a buck by
getting autographs a week or two before the season starts. I hope you are
just kidding. If not you are a Dumbass.

We have never been to ADay either. We usually sit in The South Zone when we go due to my wife’s medical issues. Is it open?

I’ve NEVER heard that expression (running of the gumps) used by anyone other than a booger-eater.

The Zone have been open in past years at A Day. I think you have to pay
for those seats. All other seats are free.

So pretty much you just go through security and walk in? No ticket or anything like that is needed?

We’re driving from out of state, just making sure we can get in coming all that way lmao

That is correct, get there early. Depending on weather, extreme heat etc, get on shaded side

Wasn’t sure how they were going to handle it this year but the email came tonight. Here are all the upgrades available for purchase for A-Day

Field Suites
Experience A-Day from a chairback seat near the scoring action in the north or south end zones and steps away from the comfort of a climate-controlled club space with complimentary food and non-alcoholic beverages and beer and wine for purchase

North Zone & South Zone
Catch all the action of A-Day from the air conditioned North or South Zones at Bryant-Denny Stadium. Enjoy access to the air-conditioned club space with private restrooms and field view, complimentary food and non-alcoholic beverages, and beer and wine for purchase.

I'm curious if the format will be similar, essentially a 4 quarter scrimmage. I thought everyone did that, but my Fiancé is an FSU alum and I've gone to a few of their spring games under Norvell and it's a clown show. They basically scrimmage for 20 minutes and then run situational drills and do LOTS of special teams. Pretty hard to watch.

Did they provide any cost info for the Zones and Champ Club sections?

I’m only guessing, but I don’t think ESPN would air it unless it’s in game format the whole time.

Are these tickets available to the general public or do you have to be in Tide Pride?

You don’t have to pay if your tickets are there. Should have gotten an email to order at no cost
