A couple of stats I’d be interested to know in Nick’s...not so finest hours

So, after the Georgia and Ole Miss games I started wondering about Nick’s performance or lack there of when down in score but kind of threw it in the back of my mind when Waddle got injured.

Stuff like say...

- What is Nick’s win/loss record when leads change 3 or more times in a game (Clemson 2015 or Auburn 2019 for example)

- Are there any stats that indicate a relative constant in the case of Alabama trading multiple leads? There are obviously general reasons like bad defense or QB play but any specifics? 2 INTs? Maybe 150 yards rushing for the opposition?

- In wins, how long does it take Nick to regain a lead on average from the first answered score (Tua’s 2nd drive in the NC for example vs. Georgia)

- What was the average TOP in games with multiple lead changes exceeding 3?

Just some ideas. Probably hard to create a formula for other than doing it by hand but whatever.

Can anyone guess the one major similarity between these games:

2011 LSU
2012 Texas A&M
2013 Auburn
2014 Ole Miss
2015 CFP vs Ohio State
2015 Ole Miss
2017 CFP vs Clemson
2017 Auburn
2018 CFP vs Georgia
2018 SECCG vs Georgia
2019 LSU

ETA: Just added three more losses with the same similarity.

I listed 10 games, 8 of which were losses and the 2 versus Georgia we should have lost.

What is the common denominator in all 10 games?

I can guarantee we missed a FG in all of them.

I don't feel like going back and looking at our 3 losses from 2010, but I have a feeling they all fall under the same situation as the ones I listed.

We've only suffered one loss since 2013 where specific thing I am referring to did not occur.

Added another loss to the list. I completely forgot about this one, yet it still applies.

Crazy.

What's our percentage of scoring on opening drives? I recall last year or year before we scored a lot on opening drives, though

No idea.

I just remembered during the LSU game last year that the last few losses we had were in games where we had a catastrophic opening possession.

In fact, I forgot one. The 2019 CFP loss to Clemson. Tua threw a Pick 6 on our opening drive.
