The zone tonight was the worst I've seen since Grant arrived. They had multiple open 3's on each possession, just a matter of hitting them. Normally I would forgive him for staying in it as long as the other team is cold but what does it matter if they are getting offensive rebound on every outside shot. Go to man and eliminate the open looks and hopefully stop all the second and third and fourth shots.

Anyways, none of this is new. It's been a while since I have been disappointed in him. He can't game plan, make in-game adjustments, etc....I've accepted my fate as a Bama fan with Grant as coach.

What we need is a rebounding machine with an attitude that the basketball is personally his and gets pissed off when someone else gets a board besides him.

My 2 biggest gripes:

1. Staying in zone when they have so many good outside shooters not to mention our struggles with defensive rebounding in zone

2. We seemed totally disorganized the last few times we had the ball. Releford would get to the top of the key, pick up his dribble, and look for someone to pass to while the clock ticked away. Would've like to have seen him pull up and shoot a 3 right away (since he's the only player we have that can make one consistently), drive and score/draw a foul, or drive and kick it out to someone open for 3.
