A Top 10 battle in Cowboys Stadium sets the tone for the 2012 season. Behind the arm of AJ McCarron and the legs of TJ Yeldon, the Crimson Tide blasted the outmatched Wolverines to the tune of 41-14.

I was at the game.

Had some loud mouth Yankees sitting next to us, going on and on about how D Robinson was about to light us up. 'Course that was prior to kickoff. Funny, they never came back to their seats after half time

I was there, too. We had standing room seats in one of the end zones (can't remember which). A lot of Michigan students were around us talking shite before the game. They had all cleared out by the time it was 21-0 in the first quarter.

We could have named the score on them.

Wish we would reschedule this game in 2-3 years when Harbaugh has fully stocked his roster with his players.

Harbaugh vs Saban would draw huge ratings.

I was there as well...sitting in one of the upper decks on the Michigan side in a sea of maize and blue.....it was pretty funny as this one was over in the 1Q

Wish Bama was playing them this year so we'd just beat the shite out of them again.

Nice rewatch. Would have rather seen the defensive stops that led to the punts instead of so many uneventful punts.

I was probably within 50 feet of you. That experience made me despise Michigan fans.

Great game to attend. Michigan fans were the worst. Game was never in doubt after the first few minutes. Our typical Bama vs. overrated Big 10 team.

2012 is my favorite season. Most balanced team we've had under Saban IMO.

What all did Michigan fans do? You guys aren't the first people I've seen say they were awful. Ohio State fans were cool as shite in N.O, but they definitely had some dick heads. Especially this frick face:

It's just Big Ten fans in general. The Michigan State fans had plenty of bad apples in Dallas for the Cotton Bowl.

I expected USC fans to be the same. But then seemed pretty cool all weekend.

I think all this is totally subjective.....my experience with Michigan fans in Dallas was great.....pulled up next to the Texas Michigan Alumni Association tailgate. When I say pulled up, we for some reason wound up hard up against their area. We were sort of wondering around....They invited me in to their tent party for drinks, sat in the Michigan section, and drank with them at the bar n AT&T, did shots with a couple of their fans at halftime. The beatdown commenced but no real hostility...they were just in total shock...Overall, they were pretty decent as a group. Michigan would be a good school to go to if it wasn't in the frozen north.

Michigan fans are OK by me.

Ohio State fans though in NOLA.....
