If you ever watched any of his YouTube golf videos it’s pretty clear he’s a dickhead. Even in a highly curated, edited video designed to make him seem likeable you can see his personality shine through at times

The features haven't faded, and it's not just the statues anyway. There are a lot of other artistic depictions as well.

The art also often depicted heroes and important people as whiter than average. Since the majority of working class people had to be outside in the sun all day and therefore were very tan, being pasty white was a status symbol. If you were super pale that meant that you were elite enough that you didn’t have to be outside working all the time. Similar to how people in the middle ages thought chubby girls were beautiful. Not a lot of fat people around when there is a famine every few years

Adding to others, the 2 big keys for me to lower my scores

1. Just hit your shot type everytime you possibly can, so what if the tee shot or the green “calls for a high draw”, if you play a fade just play the fade or vice versa. I probably shaved 5 strokes off my game just by accepting my swing and playing to it as much as possible.

2. Don’t get flustered with bad shots, accept in your mind that every round your going to top a drive, chunk a wedge, skull a chip, miss a 3ft putt. It happens, if you accept at the beginning of your round it’s going to happen, you’ll be able to move on right away you won’t spiral as much
I think it’s more of an issue that the course is so packed playing through is pointless. Most likely the group you’re waiting on is also waiting on a group ahead of them and so on.
How did that hit knock that kid out? He’s a wrestler surely he’s taken a hit like that before.

Yes you do. These guys have FREAKISH hand eye coordination.

Are you calling me a bitch?

Surely it wasn’t a white woman striking back at the patriarchy? So brave, and so oppressed.
no, it was a sketchy looking white dude

You should have said the person was black.
they were white :dunno:
I made a thread about me stopping someone who was trying to do this and it seemed like most of the OT thought I should’ve just let them go

He can probably name off exactly how far he’s about to hit each of those stock shots down to a yard or two also.

I bet you’re right. I can probably get mine right within 20 yards
This video of his stock yardages was posted and he’s really not longer than me or a lot of people I play with, especially with his irons

I know his lofts could be different and yada yada but the reality is he’s not a pro golfer because he’s super human and hits the ball a mile. He’s a pro golfer because he’s WAY, WAY, better than you (or me).

At least I can look at an NBA player or NFL player and realize no matter how good at the game I could be, I would never be able to make it because of genetics. I’ve got no excuses as to why Si Woo would beat my arse up and down a golf course :wah:

Good Lord Louisiana is so trashy thinking this is a bad thing. You do realize when you get out of the southeast, life doesn’t center around getting drunk don’t you?

That’s a nationwide statistic pointing out drinking is down nationwide you idiot.

And yes, I do think high school kids drinking less is a bad thing not a good thing, not because I think high school kids should all be getting drunk but because I think high school kids should be spending time together having fun

But are they drinking?

The 10yr olds?

They’re not THAT cool
I’ve been a teacher for the last 15 years and I’ve had a first row seat to the collapse of kids ability to socialize with each other and have fun. A stat came out that 40% of high school graduates this year have never tried alcohol. Which isn’t a sign that high school kids are being more careful, it’s a sign that high school kids don’t know how to have fun and socialize.

Anyway, I think the generation below them is going to be OK. I see kids under 12 outside everywhere, riding those electric bikes and trying to kill themselves, fishing, running around unsupervised, just being kids. Likewise, the younger kids are so much more social in school now, so many more obnoxious boys and gossip girls who get in trouble because all they wanna do is have fun with their friends. In my mind, these are great qualities and a hopeful sign that maybe the kids are going to be all right.

Do you have any idea on how old of a ping prodi g driver I can buy and still get the new tech? I know I am being a cheap arse, but I still don’t like the thought of buying my 7 year-old a $250 club.

US Kids sells everything individually on their website, they have a TOUR SERIES driver that is pretty good. Not terribly expensive. All US Kids is fit by height.

Cool thanks!

How tall is your son? Mine is 10 and a little over 5ft. I bought him one of those Snake Eyes kid sets and the driver is perfect for him.

He’s only 7, he’s 4’5”

He doesn’t need a new set his irons fit him fine but I’ve seen the snake eyes they look good
How is the Prodi G? I saw a bunch of those online I’ve never even heard of them

Junior golf driver help

My 7 yr old son is getting obsessed with golf, he wants to go to the driving range at the club all the time, plate 9 holes with me (teeing off from 100-125 yds), he loves it.

He’s got US-kids clubs that are fine and wedges/3wood that are the right size for him. His driver however is too small and it’s old. I want to get him a new driver, I know how much a good driver can help your game and how much he would LOVE having one. But I also am not looking to spend $500 on a 7yr olds driver…

Anyone know where I can get a good used kids driver that isn’t going to bankrupt me?

Those 30-50 yard wedge shots are freaking hard bro don’t beat yourself up.

Screw the stat guys that say statistically you’re better from 30yds than 80 yds. That may be true on well struck shots, but I’m twice as likely to chunk or skull it from 30…
