He looks very pee-wee basketball team dad-like, doesn't he? You look at guys like Pitino, Cal, Roy W, and Coach K and they exude this slimy aura.
Fox just looks like your dad is yelling too much at the kids for not boxing out like they talked about in practice.

Fun fact: the last time A&M beat UGA in either football or basketball, Eisenhower was president of these United States.
With that said, I'll admit that Fox always reminds me of David Wallace from The Office.
